The location was perfect for outdoor adventures like mountain climbing and rock climbing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants. Highly recommended for families!

Amazing location, great spa, excellent food, polite and helpful staff. Superb room standard. Main and bistro restaurants were very good, reservation needed. Convenient watch chip for meals, drinks, building, and spa access. Bike hire available for exploring beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday, with great food, amazing spa facilities and beautiful natural surroundings. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with fresh and varied options, and we loved the fact that the hotel offered free bike rentals to explore the nearby trails. The thermal pools were a highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing while admiring the stunning mountain views. the hotel's location was a key selling point, with easy access to both the town center and beautiful hiking trails.

The limited options available for dinner, and the fact that drinks were not included in the half-board package. Although the food was tasty, it would have been nice to have more variety and more inclusive options.

The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. We loved the variety of dishes offered, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the spacious and modern rooms, with stunning views of the mountains in the distance. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Hidden costs were a downside to our stay. We were disappointed to learn that if we booked "halpension", any additional charges needed to be consumed by midnight or be erased.
